User management
How can I approve new users or block users who have already been approved?
(Video in preparation)
User management allows you to review new user registrations and approve or reject them, as well as block already registered users.
To do this, go to "Administration" on the right-hand side of the archive view. A list of unverified users will then be displayed by default (to change this, use the “Status” selection option at the top left of the archive view). Use the pencil icon to open a pop-up window that allows you to view user information and approve users via a drop-down menu.
To block an already approved user, you must set the “Status” option on the “Manage Users” page to “Approved.” You will then see all approved users and can block them using the pop-up menu that appears after clicking on the pencil icon.
How do I grant employees of my institution rights to develop my collection?
There are two different ways to do this:
First, you can add a archive-role to your employee in the user management section, which will then grant that person rights to access and edit your archive. If you have already activated your employee for the archive, go to Management on the right-hand side of the archive view and select the status “activated.” Then select your employee from the list and add a new role to the employee using the + symbol.
You also have the option of assigning so-called tasks, which then only authorize the editing of specific interviews. To do this, however, the person in question must first be assigned the role of "Editor" or another role with the appropriate permissions. You can then select the relevant interview in the workflow view and assign the corresponding task for this interview to an editor.
Can editing rights also be assigned for individual interviews?

To do this, however, the person in question must first have been assigned the role of editor or another role with the appropriate permissions. You can then select the relevant interview in the workflow view and assign the corresponding task for this interview to an editor.
